The investigation goes South, as our heroes reel from the previous battle with the Vampire tormenting Doskel. With an additional, and surprisingly disposable, Hero in tow, Mike and Xavier make a plan to catch the undead monster while it sleeps during the day using unconventional methods. However the monster they pursue may not be the true threat, as minions of the undead begin appearing in response to their actions. Things appear hopeless, how will our heroes survive?
This time we are reviewing Arifureta: From Commonplace to World’s Strongest, Kidnapped to Another World, and… whatever Raptro read. Just know that some Jimmies were definitely rustled in preparation for this ep. Some rabbit holes are dark and not worth going down, some are worth going down because they are dark. Others should be avoided because they are toilets for the local wildlife. Also a story that is just the right amount of edge to make Dante declare ‘Jackpot.’
This episode was a lot of fun to record for me, also I apologize for having this out so late. Family and work stuff caused 2 episodes to pile up on me. Raptro now joins us as a regular cast member, we now also have a spiffy animated Intro made by me (that’s why it sucks ). It will stay our intro until such time we decide we have reached season 2 of our show or its time for an opening change in the fake anime that is our ongoing story.
Speaking of the ‘Ongoing story.’ Starting next episode a link will be posted in the description of each future episode, and the previous episodes retroactively. The link will lead to a pastebin which will actually feature an episode summary of the hidden Degaruta! Story that is taking place in the background. Ever wonder why our episode titles and descriptions have nothing to do with what we talk about. That because they are for the fake story going on in the background. More or less its a writing exercise for me to have fun with that I’m otherwise doing more for my own satisfaction. Feel free to check them out, or ignore them because I’m a weeb doing weeb shit. Hope you enjoy them, or at least find them amusing to some degree, like we do.
