Kilowog is a fictional comic book superhero appearing in American comic books published by DC Comics. The character is a member of the Green Lantern Corps. He was approached by a KGB agent and invited to live in the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, as the society of Bolovax Vik was somewhat similar to a communist system. During his time in the USSR, Kilowog was instrumental in the creation of the Soviet Union’s first super-powered force, the Rocket Red Brigade.
