Host Blackk_Starr heads to the movies to watch Spirits In The Forest, an original film directed by the legendary Anton Corbijn for Depeche Mode. Blackk_Starr adds in her own personal VIP concert footage that shares what it’s like to be a “Devotee” of the band.

Carshenah (aka Blackk_Starr) was selected in 2017 to take over Depeche Mode’s Social Media accounts for one day. For 365 days, the band selected one person around the globe to share their personal experiences with the band and their music. This was called a Depeche Mode Fan Takeover and she was Day 35. Carshenah has made new friends around the world because of this very special experience.

Spirits in the Forest weaves a story of six fans around the globe who have one thing in common and that’s the music of Depeche Mode. A very insightful, personal and edgy movie that only the bands music can bring to light.
