Coloring page 1 of my comic! Doing some flats and shaking off the dust. I am rusty but not unskilled. My first job in comics was at 19 and as a colorist on an indie comic that I am not too sure if it got published (I’m pretty sure not). It’s not called painting because there is a coloring book aspect to this process so they literally call this in comics “coloring”. Comics is an industry that is set up like an assembly line to increase productivity and speed of production.
