China’s Tencent owns 40% of Epic Games and has seats on their board of directors. No move like the anti-trust lawsuits against Apple and Google, along with the violations of platform rules (including direct payment links to customers) would take place without their approval if not direction. It is the Board of “directors” after all. Here’s my take!
