Three main issues on when you should launch your project on Indiegogo: 1) Be sure of all the costs and timing on production so you can deliver what you promise, when you promise it.
2) Use Indiegogo’s free PRE-LAUNCH list service to gauge how many supporters you have and let them know when you are exactly ready to launch your campaign.
3) Thanksgiving to January 31st is a dead time to launch, many people are still focused on or recovering from the holidays at that time. Usually best to stay out of that time window.
