Comicsgate.org has reached 2,000 likes on its Facebook page. It’s all a part of the plan for the website while the successful beta test continues. The goal is to reach 10,000 likes this year and build on it, driving traffic to CG creators’ Youtube channels and Indiegogo projects. It won’t happen immediately and this is still the early stages, but Facebook already accounts for half of the traffic to Comicsgate.org. Plus, Ethan Van Sciver plugs Comicsgate.org and Creatorgo.com/CG on his livestream, leading to more creators getting listed. And Martina Markota is in the fight for her livelihood to protect her Lady Alchemy intellectual property, performance artist persona and graphic novel.
