Ta-Nehisi Coates parodies Jordan Peterson and his philosophy from the ’12 Rules for Life’ in his issue of Captain America (2018) #28. News outlets such as Newsweek have been quick to pick this up, and it seems more and more likely that Peterson won’t just let this go. With Coates’ long history of political activism in his works, will his attempts to write the next Superman for DC Comics go down in flames and possibly net him a lawsuit?
