Talk about customer service!

After some weird signal crossing that delayed the binding, packing, and shipping of #Shi: Haikyo after it was printed, our two heroic printing reps packed up and are driving 4,500 Haikyo hardcovers & #comics from GA to NY to ensure we have them for Monday’s fulfillment crew!
You heard that right, our representatives are taking personal days from work to drive all weekend, overnight, and almost 1,000 miles to personally deliver Shi: Haikyo so we can begin shipping them out!
Deborah and I just flabbergasted by their incredible fortitude and dedication to their clients.
No words but plenty of tears.
