Comic book retailers are barely able to move Marvel’s latest event Heroes Reborn, with some retailers reporting Marvel has released more covers than they have customers ordering that title. Is this the end for comic book events? Are fans tired of getting new events every few months or so that they can easily skip? Or is this a sign of disenchantment with comic books in general?
