The disabled and the handicapped were always welcome in old school games. Lets look at issue 53 from Dragon Magazine from September 1981 and see what Judith, a lady living with cerebral palsy, has to say about how included she felt in the hobby. I refer to the OSRIC, and Ernie Gygax’s comments which some felt, could be taken negatively, because of their perception of how we treated the disabled. Truth to the Lie.
