In recent days, mainstream comic pro Dan Slott has been taking shots at comic book fans whom are willing to engage with fans across the political spectrum. He bullies them into deleting tweets that he considers ‘wrong-think’, and actively encourages others to harass fellow comic fans and creators whom they do not agree with by reporting them for imaginary offenses. Also, Bill Sienkiewicz’s 2018 rant about Comicsgate has been removed by Facebook because Facebook considered the post to be “bullying”. Are the true colors of these mainstream pros showing through?
