After the failure by social justice activists to get him canceled, Joe Rogan eventually removed over a 100 and counting of his episodes from Spotify. Seeing this as an attempt to censor him, video sharing platform Rumble came up with a similar $100 million offer for Rogan to move to their platform for 4 years. On that offer alone, Rumble’s share prices skyrocketed while Spotify’s tanks. Does this mean social media’s disdain for Rogan does not reflect the real world?
