You already know that putting your best foot forward as a creator yields major benefits. It makes you a better, faster and sharper artist among other things. Not to mention the work itself is realized to it’s maximum potential.
But how many of us truly give our work the time, effort and respect it deserves? The reality is, the motivation and drive that gives us that level of dedication lasts only as long as the project’s novelty. Then the excitement subsides – and it becomes drawn out drudgery, or a rush job, neither of which lives up to what we’re capable of achieving with our skill-set.
Whether you do your best, or less, both become a habit with repetition. The choice is yours.
In this video we’ll talk about doing your best work, without being a perfectionist about it.
Enjoy!
Until next time, keep drawing.
