Netflix is going to attempt another live action version of Death Note after the failure of their first live action movie adaptation of it. They are betting on the Duffer brothers to bring their Stranger Things magic to this, but if history is any proof, Netflix has a horrendous record when it comes to live action anime adaptations. Why are they so desperate for a slice of the anime industry’s profits?
