There has been a slew of cringe writing in Marvel’s comic books, most of which is centered on gender identity. The issue isn’t so much the topic, but the absolutely ham-fisted way these dialogues were added into the story. Do your pronouns matter in a life-or-death situation? Marvel certainly thinks so!
