Nelson Peltz, billionaire turnaround specialist is demanding a seat on Disney’s board of directors and has done this kind of aggressive move 30 times before with other major public companies. Even if he does not get on the board, Peltz always continues pressuring companies and does not easily give up. Peltz is also close with Ike Perlmutter who sold Marvel to Disney and has been unhappy with the woke take on his Marvel universe franchises for years but until now has not been able to do much about it. Is Ike Permutter working behind the scenes to assist Peltz? It looks like he is.
