Bob Iger is desperate to put a positive spin on Disney’s stock. He’s announced historic and massive layoffs that sound very similar to Bob Chapek’s plan before he was fired. With over 7,000 employees scheduled to be fired, and what looks like many offices to be closed, there will be zero cuts to the inclusion strategy that has diminished all their previously cherished franchises.
