Disney is FIRING top executives and just fired the Diversity Chief almost immediately after firing their Chief Financial Officer. Bob Iger is still struggling to get control of Disney but he has made it clear his plans are to let the head of each of their divisions run them without interference so he can hold them accountable for financial results.
