FundMyComic began as an alternative platform to the big crowdfunding platforms that we felt had become a place that no longer upheld the idea of independence and freedom of expression. We wanted to have our own platform where we as creators knew that we would be safe as long as we ran honest and transparent campaigns.

You are a creative and should have the freedom to express your creativity! We believe in giving you that freedom as long as you abide by applicable laws and our Terms of Service.
Fierce Independence
You are an independent creator and should be able to share your work as you see fit! We at FundMyComic believe that you are your own boss and should be able to make decisions about your campaign on your own. We will have a team of administrators reviewing campaigns to be sure they do not violate our Terms of Service, but we fiercely believe that your campaign should be an expression of your creativity and independence!
Trust
At FundMyComic, we are working hard to earn and keep your trust. You should know that we will deal honestly with your campaign and the funds from your campaign will always make their way to you in the specified timeframe in our Terms of Service. Our Terms of Service are very important to the everyday operation of the site. We have worked hard to ensure our Terms contain robust and common language to cover you as the creator and we as the site are covered in the event that we run into an issue with a campaign.
