My wedding cake from HELL!

For those that don’t know I didn’t cut my wedding cake at my wedding because what we got was NOT what we paid for. When we did the consultation I showed her pictures of what I wanted and she said she could do it. I specifically told her I wanted FROSTING flowers because those are my favorite to eat on cakes, again she said no problem. Not only did the cake look NOTHING like what I asked her but the flowers were some cheap decorations she bought on Amazon. I asked for pearls on my cake to match my dress and there was not one pearl on my cake & ironically that was the only decoration she wrote on our contract. I was furious when I saw it at my wedding. We called her the day her shop was open and asked for an explanation. She was extremely rude and blamed it on me claiming she never agreed to the photo I showed I told her I wouldn’t have hired her if she told me she couldn’t do it so that was a lie. I also where she asked where she got those colors because it looks like a Ukrainian flag and a child’s clown cake. Her response to that was “of course it looks like a clown cake there’s dwarves on it” so not only did she admit it was shit and she herself didn’t care for it she also insulted my wedding theme which was Princess fairytale & the seven dwarves that where supposed to go around my cake where special to me because of my sister who passed away a few years ago. I was so furious that I told her I’d be including this phone call in my review and I’d be speaking to the better business bureau about her. After I hung up she called my husband and he he asked her a few questions & she admitted that she just did her own thing and didn’t follow my wishes at all. She realized what she did & again blamed it all on me & that she wouldn’t be giving us a refund of any kind. Absolutely terrible service. It’s been a year and it still infuriates me & now that I tried the frosting and how disgusting it is idk how the hell someone could produce and deliver this to someone. Zero effort or pride in their work. Again its infuriating
