My video art diary of my work for my independent comic book, The Lucent. This comic book art is for the cover of my upcoming action one-shot, Fractured Mind. In it I’m drawing a bunch of faces of my protagonist, Ella, and I’m focusing on things like expressiveness and line flow. For a long time, I’ve wanted to improve my basic cartooning skills, but it’s been a difficult road that’s taken over a decade. Finally, I’m starting to feel like I can hand more complicated emotions and perspectives, which will definitely be needed as my story progresses.
