My video art diary of my work for my independent comic book, The Lucent. This cool lettering effect is for my upcoming crowdfunding campaign for my next book, Fractured Mind. In this video I show how I used Adobe After Effects to run a filter to get unexpected, random distortions on my standard logo. These distortions weren’t uniform, so I exported the video, took screen grabs, then stitched the bits I liked best together into one static logo image.
