Rippaverse has once again messed up on the printing of another of their books, and instead of stopping the shipping process to the customers or even checking the condition of the printed books before starting fulfillment, Eric July decided to give his customers the option to return the book for a refund, or get a 60% off coupon for a future order. Is this good business sense? Will customers continue to come back when print issues seem to be plaguing his company whose goal is get out as many book on time as possible, which DC Comics and Marvel have done successfully for decades to no fanfare?
