Eric July tries to turn his L into a W by pointing out to his zealots the fact that other publishers like Image Comics make misprints. Except that the issue isn’t that there is a misprint, but how the misprint is handled – an entire run will be reprinted and sent back out to the retailers for free. Instead, he is trying to justify to upset customers how his way of only reprinting one cover and not resending out any is correct.
