16.Comic Print Format

In this Dark Age it’s hard to stick out on the shelf with your comic. Sometimes thinking outside the box might be a good marketing gimmick, sometimes it might be an artistic calling and sometimes it might be where the market is heading.For me I’m shooting for my next book HELWÄR to be large square format, it ties into my world concept and I thought it would be a fun sequential artistic journey. Wether it’s an American Floppy, graphic Novel, BD, Manga
or kids graphic novel the sky is the limit for format. Really give it some thought before you start your next book, don’t just launch into standard format because switching it up can be a fun challenge for a Cartoonist.
