With more news of the new DC Comics DC KO event coming out each day, it seems more apparent that DC Comics is trying to make themselves appear useful to their corporate overlords by showing how their comic stories can be used in service of other plans they have with DC Comics characters. Case in point: Injustice 3 is coming out, so why do you need an unrelated deathmatch-style comic with a different storyline?
