Rumors abound that DC Comics is planning a series of comic title relaunches, and it seems very likely that they will cash in on the blind bag gimmick to get these books to sell many more copies than they normally would. This predatory publishing practice can lead to the crash of the direct market if retailers go all in on it, but will they care about the long term consequences for these small shops?
