Sisu 2 just dropped and holy hell… it somehow TOPS the original!
Clocking in at a perfect, no-fat 89 minutes, this sequel is pure adrenaline from minute one to the bloody end. Director Jalmari Helander cranked everything up to 11: the kills are more savage, the tension is suffocating, and the action is relentless, creative, and gloriously over-the-top.
And then there’s Stephen Lang as Igor… the man is a goddamn force of nature. This might be one of the greatest villain performances in modern action cinema. Cold, terrifying, and completely unhinged in the best way possible.
If you thought the first Sisu was brutal, wait until you see what they do in this one. No spoilers, but this is easily one of the best action movies of the decade so far.
Sisu 2 is a rare sequel that doesn’t just match the original; it beats the living crap out of it.
