This is my chronological reading order of the original Robert E. Howard Conan stories. It’s not perfect and I’m sure you could interchange a few maybe “Red Nails” for “Jewls of Gwahlur” etc..if you track his trajectory through the years. Nevertheless it’s a fun experience to grow with him over the years especially for the old fans.
