I did the research, pulled up every crumb of info on the ancient lost city of Akkad, and prepared to draw the mysterious Mesopotamian metropolis in all its glory: massive ziggurats, bustling markets, and that legendary “gate of the gods” vibe. Pencils sharpened, reference images ready, big artistic energy loaded.
Then the chat opens.
Within thirty seconds someone drops a perfectly timed meme, another person demands I turn the entire city into a giant rubber duck, and suddenly I’m laughing so hard I can’t even hold the pencil straight. One distraction leads to another, the reference tabs get buried under emotes, and before I know it the grand epic city has quietly transformed into… a few extremely enthusiastic zig zags.
That’s it. That’s the whole drawing. Four wobbly lines that somehow look like they’re having the time of their lives.
