The staffers at Dark Horse comics just announced their plan to unionize. Closely following the model set out by Image Comics, they are hoping to secure their jobs while having a say on which books can be published by the company at the same time. Is this an attempt to force creators to fit in with the staff’s agenda, or is this a means of securing their jobs while the comic industry burns down around them?
