While Dragonsteel’s email addresses cover stamping and embossing issues, customers have documented structural binding failures with separating signatures, The Shadow Rising missing from the series listing, “A Crown of Swords” misspelled as “A Crown of Thorns,” and a text error on page 120 of every copy printed — none of which the replacement program fixes.
