More shake-ups at Marvel Comics as not only their editor-in-chief CB Cebulski is leaving his post (with Stephen Wacker as his replacement), but Marvel Comics is moving their office all the way from New York to California. From what we know about DC Comics when their office made a similar move, half their staff did not make the move across the country. With a potential staff shortage on the horizon, is this the perfect time for Marvel Comics to slow down their output and start licensing out their characters?
