Checking out Downcast comic Collection 3 today. I am catching up on this series and seeing how the story holds up so far.

I read the first collection of the Downcast comic last year and really enjoyed it. Now I am picking up right where I left off with Collection 3. I actually have Collection 4 here too, though I realized mid-read that I skipped over the second book entirely. It happens.

This is a casual look at the pages and the storytelling flow rather than a formal graphic novel review. I want to see how the action and the character dynamics are developing as the series progresses. If you are interested in seeing how an indie comic plays out page by page, this is the place to be.
