I built a custom AI chatbot using Abacus AI specifically designed for science fiction editing — and it’s genuinely changed how I work on my manuscripts. This isn’t a generic writing assistant. It’s tuned for the specific needs of sci-fi authors: pacing, worldbuilding consistency, military fiction conventions, genre-appropriate prose tightening. I walk you through how I built it, what Abacus AI’s agentic tools make possible, and how you can set up something similar for your own writing. If you’re a sci-fi author, a BookTuber, or just someone who wants AI tools that actually serve your creative work instead of generic corporate output, this video is for you.
