Take a trip back through memory lane and read an old interview from 1998 with Gary Gygax. He talks about bringing women into the hobby, getting them into #TTRPG and playing Dungeons and Dragons, and the challenges faced and how he figured the differences between men and women. It was a different time, it wasn’t cool to be a geek or a nerd. We persevered and enjoyed ourselves regardless, and women did play with us. All were accepted, as long as you were cool to play with, it didn’t matter. Now it seems like everyone wants to reduce Gygax’s contributions to the art of tabletop role-playing, and destroy his Legacy.
