More comics are being crowdfunded instead of going through the traditional publisher and retailer route, and it is becoming obvious that mainstream comic press will only cover your project if it fits their diversity or woke agendas. Top-selling crowdfunded comics are generally left out of comic press unless there is a celebrity attached to it (Keanu Reeves) Can this bias be good for the growth of the crowdfunding comic books industry?
