Judge calls her colleagues on North Carolina’s Supreme Court racists, says the court system is racist and gets notified she’s under investigation for inappropriate statements consistent with her high office.

Naturally she’s fighting the investigation, saying it interferes with her free speech. This is wildly inappropriate behavior by a state supreme court judge.
