A new hashtag has dropped: #DCSoWhite #DCBlackout is a call by some members of the comic community to demand that DC Comics put out multiple ongoing Black-led titles with Black creative teams behind them. Given the poor sales of the recent DC Comics x Milestone crossover The Dakota Incident, there does not seem to be much support for these initiatives. Should DC Comics listen to the mob anyway and make more Black-led titles, or is the answer actually outside of the Big 2?
