I saw Akira inat the theatre on Saturday night. This is a movie I have seen dozens of times growing up on VHS. The movie I saw in the theatre was 20% more footage than I’ve ever seen. I did extensive research on it when I got home and there is no trace of the version I’ve seen dozens of times when I was growing up. Has anyone else seen the other version?
