World Fantasy Con 2026 is this weekend and I couldn’t be more excited — Robert Silverberg and Peter S. Beagle are both attending, and the programming lineup is stacked with the kind of serious literary fantasy that rarely gets this kind of coverage. I’m going to be there all weekend and I want to meet you. If you’re a Fandom Pulse reader, a fan of my Malfoid fiction, or just someone who loves the classics of the genre, come say hi — I’ll tell you exactly where to find me. In this video I break down what I’m most looking forward to, who I’m hoping to talk to, and why World Fantasy Con is the one genre convention that still takes the literature seriously.
