Keanu Reeves’ BRZRKR Got a Madcap Parody and It’s WYLD!

by 10.27.2026

I am reading Beardzerker to see how this off the wall parody of BRZRKR holds up on the page. It’s made by indie legends Don Chin and Bill Maus from Parody Press, makers of Adolescent Radioactive Black Belt Hamsters. We will look at the comic art and story.

This video showcases the character designs and panels of this creator-owned project. By flipping through the pages, I highlight how the visual pacing drives the story forward while paying homage to the original crowdfunded comic. It is a fun look at the independent comics scene and how specific genre sequences define a book’s atmosphere.

Seeing how a creator handles these panels provides a unique perspective on the craft of sequential art. This graphic novel review offers a look at the narrative progression and artistic choices present in this release. It is a clear example of the creative energy found in modern independent projects.
