In 2007 the license for Sovereign was not renewed, this was a business by Margaret Weis and Don Perrin, one of two companies that Weis owns. They produced the Sovereign Stone RPG and had the license from Wizards of the Coast to create new material for the Dragonlance campaign setting.

The question becomes how much was Dragonlance to be “forgotten” permanently and how much is the new lawsuit about “revamping” the world?
