DC Comics has officially abandoned “Truth, Justice, and the American Way” as Superman’s tagline, but it is not for the reasons that you think! With the Superman copyright about to lapse into public domain, along with popular characters such as Batman, Mickey Mouse and more, they need to scramble to establish a NEW version of Superman, and what better way to do that than to make up a brand new tagline?!
