A comic creator is confused as to why fans get upset when a character’s sexuality or race/sex is changed, but the fans also don’t support new, diverse characters. So he thinks it is ok to “evolve” an established character by changing their sexuality? Maybe the issue is that new characters need to be built upon to make them interesting instead of expecting fans to immediately embrace them over their listed checkboxes…
