With the exit of Dan Didio and Geoff Johns, DC Comics has lost their most vocal promoters. The comics industry needs more hype men like them and Stan Lee, but publishers don’t seem to care to fill these roles. Without someone passionate about comics to drum up new initiatives, can the comic industry stay in the spotlight?
