The USA Copyrights office granted copyright to an AI-generated comic book, only to rescind the copyright. The rule now is that to obtain copyright over artwork, there must be a certain degree of human element involved in the creation of the artwork, and that does not mean typing in a prompt. So how will AI art comics evolve, and the comic industry along with it?
