The writer of Red Hood was celebrating the shooting of Charlie Kirk, but their joy was short-lived. DC Comics has not only canceled the Red Hood series, they are also crediting retailers for all copies of issue 1. However, Gretchen Felkin-Martin has made radical tweets in the past, including wanting to slit JK Rowling’s throat. How did DC Comics end up hiring someone with such a past, and is there an internal hiring policy failure, or was this hiring done deliberately?
